Endangerment Articles
Courts do not decide which religion is right or wrong and are therefore reluctant to hear information based on
a person’s religious beliefs or affiliation. When it involves child custody issues, however, courts are willing to hear testimony pertaining to a person’s religious
beliefs and affiliation as it affects a child’s well being.
The teachings of the Jehovah’s Witnesses do have a negative impact upon children and are therefore of interest to the courts. We have written articles on a few of the
endangerment issues of interest to the courts.
